There are currently shipping restrictions imposed due to the
SARS-CoV-2 pandemic which may lead to delays of deliveries
outside of Europe. (For example, shipping to Australia currently
takes several weeks.)
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are, however, not happy with an item,
you have 14 calendar days to return it from the date you received it. Please ensure
that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, software
and documentation that were included when you received it.
Some items, however, are ineligible for return, including:
- Goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured
on the basis of a personal choice or according to customer specifications,
or of goods which have clearly been tailored to the customer's personal
- Sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for
reasons relating to health protection or hygiene if their seal has been
removed after delivery.
- Audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed
packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription
To return an item, please ship it to:

Once we receive your item, a refund for the item is initiated. (*)
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method;
we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
