Items are shipped by Deutsche Post/DHL or Hermes, we choose the least expensive forwarder for your order. If you have a UPS account, UPS is also an option. The complete order incl. shipping costs must be prepaid either by bank transfer or by PayPal.

The actual shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight/size of the package. If the shipping cost for your order can't be determined online when you place your order, you will get the exact shipping costs by e-mail.

As a citizen of the European Union, you have to pay the German VAT. There will be no further national taxes or custom fees.

Delivery will be initiated as soon as the full amount incl. shipping costs is credited on our PayPal account (order@vesalia.de). Please note that eCheck payments take several days to clear, we can't ship your order until the clearance is confirmed by PayPal. PayPal transaction fees will be added to the total amount. Please make sure that the address stored in your PayPal account is up to date, we must use this address for shipping.
