Compact Flash I/II - IBM Microdrive Typ II PC Card
The convenient card reader for any notebook, mini PC or desktop PC
with a PCMCIA slot Type I/II (PC Card). Just insert the card reader
into your computer's PCMCIA slot, and the OS (provided it has a driver
for the PCMCIA controller) will instantly show a new drive without
the need to install any additional driver software for the card reader
itself.
The adapter is also prefectly suited for data transfers to/from
the Amiga/PC. Just install
compactflash.device (CFD)
and
FAT95
on your Amiga 1200, the computer will then be able to read
FAT-formatted cards that you can fill with software on your PC
(it doesn't work with the original carddisk.device provided
by the Amiga OS though, CFD or similar is a requirement).
The ideal and inexpensive solution to transfer files from your
PC to your Amiga.
